As we strengthen our presence in the information market, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help us develop our pipeline and support our growth in the Moroccan and African markets.



The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a key role in our sales process by qualifying leads and conducting prospecting actions to identify new business opportunities.



Main Responsibilities:



  • Sales Strategy Deployment: Design and implement an action plan aligned with objectives and macro/microeconomic trends.
  • Active Prospecting: Identify and engage new clients through calls, professional networks, events, and partnerships.
  • Needs Analysis: Understand the local market's commercial information needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Promotion of Business Information Solutions: Highlight URBA360 and the Quality Label financial excellence certification as levers for performance and trust.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Ensure objectives are met, negotiate and finalize contracts, and monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitors' actions to adjust the strategy accordingly.
  • Digitalization: Master Coface tools (Icon/URBA, Broker Portal, EL Portal, Cofanet, EDM).
  • Service Quality: Ensure KPIs are achieved and optimize the integration of commercial information.

Required profile :
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in B2B commercial development or business development, with a focus on the Maghreb region market.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong sense of interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to understand client needs and match them with our solutions.
  • Motivation and tenacity, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel tools for reporting and analysis.
