Roles & Responsibilities
Main tasks:
- To manage all preventive, corrective and improvement maintenance activities of industrial facilities.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of production equipment.
- To supervise and lead the technical maintenance teams.
- Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
- Participate in the management of technical shutdowns and industrial optimization projects.
- Manage maintenance budgets and monitor external service providers.
Desired Candidate Profile
State engineer in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance or equivalent.
- Proven experience of at least 8 years in an industrial environment, ideally in the construction materials, cement, metallurgy or heavy industry sector.
- Strong skills in mechanical, electrical and automation maintenance.
- Experience in managing technical teams.
- Good analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
