Job :
Reporting to the General Services Department, your missions will be:
- To ensure logistical management within the department,
- To manage the schedule and assignment of internal and external errands,
- To ensure the traceability of operations (tracking requests, interventions, and history),
- To ensure administrative management related to general services (file tracking, processing requests, filing),
- To manage and monitor the vehicle fleet (assignment, maintenance, administrative follow-up),
- To participate in audit missions and ensure compliance with procedures,
- To manage logistical emergencies with responsiveness and efficiency.
Required profile :
- A Bac+2 (2-year college degree) in logistics, management, or an equivalent field,
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general services,
- A valid driver's license (Category B) is mandatory,
- Good knowledge of logistics,
- Basic understanding of maintenance (tracking, coordination, basic interventions, installations, and equipment),
- Organizational and administrative management skills,
- Rigor in administrative follow-up and traceability (documents, requests, history),
- Proficiency in office tools: Excel, Word, Outlook,
- Rigor, autonomy, and dynamism,
- Analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Initiative and ability to make suggestions,
- Good interpersonal skills and service orientation,
- Team spirit.
