Job :
- Ensure the reception of customers and proceed with the opening of the Repair Order.
- Schedule customer appointments in close collaboration with the Assistant for Telephone Reception and Appointment Management.
- Guarantee a good level of customer satisfaction.
- File customer after-sales files.
- Ensure the update of appointment statuses on the appointment management tool when the customer is received.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3), option: Technical Sales
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position, ideally in the automotive sector.
