We are looking for a Digitalization Manager for one of our clients.
Main missions:
- Define and implement the company's digitalization strategy.
- Identify internal processes that can be optimized through digital tools.
- Manage digital transformation projects in coordination with different departments.
- Ensure the deployment of new digital tools, software, and solutions.
- Support teams in change management and adoption of new tools.
- Monitor performance indicators for digital projects.
- Collaborate with external providers and IT teams to ensure project success.
- Stay informed about new technologies and digital innovations.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in IT, digitalization, project management, or a similar field.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing digitalization or digital transformation projects.
- Good command of ERP, CRM, BI tools, and digital solutions.
- Analytical skills, project management, and change management abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Innovative mindset and results-oriented.
