Job :
Missions Under the supervision of the Site Director, the Human Resources Manager will have the following missions:
- Deploy the Group's HR policy at the operational sites
- Ensure proactive management of social relations to maintain and foster a constructive social climate
- Support HR development: talent management, training, evaluation, and management support
- Lead recruitment, especially for mass recruitment activities
- Supervise and support the site's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities
- Advise and support managers on human, organizational, and safety issues
- Ensure compliance with social regulations, HSE standards, and internal procedures
Required profile :
Profile Sought
- Higher education in Human Resources or equivalent
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in the automotive sector, with a strong field orientation
- Solid mastery of social relations, mass recruitment, and HR development
- Good understanding of HSE issues in an industrial environment
- Leadership, service orientation, influencing ability, and strong results focus
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
