Required profile :
Missions:
Provide support and ensure the satisfaction of French-speaking customers in the Canadian market.
Manage complaints and provide appropriate solutions while ensuring quality follow-up.
Participate in the continuous improvement of the customer experience by reporting issues and suggestions.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service.
Profile Sought
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer relations.
Availability to work in rotation on night shifts (24/7).
Excellent command of the French language
Good interpersonal skills, with a strong taste for challenges.
Perfect knowledge of customer relationship management techniques
