Join our dynamic company in the automotive sector, ideally located in Tangier. As a PLANT CONTROLLER, you will play a pivotal role in the financial and operational management of our production site. Your main objectives will be to ensure the economic performance of the site, control costs, participate in the development of budgets and forecasts, and provide relevant analyses to inform strategic decisions. You will ensure the reliability of financial information and compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.

Your daily tasks will include:

• The management of the site's financial and operational performance indicators.
• Preparation and monitoring of annual budgets, budget revisions, and multi-year plans.
• Analysis of variances and proposal of corrective actions.
• Supervision and validation of monthly accounting and analytical closings.
• Participation in the optimization of production processes and costs.
• Development and improvement of reporting and management tools.
• Support for operational teams in understanding financial challenges.

You will be responsible for the financial performance of the factory and a key partner for management.

To be considered for this position, a Master's degree (Bac +5) is required, ideally in Management, Accounting, or Finance.

Significant professional experience of 7 to 10 years in similar roles, ideally gained in an industrial environment, is essential. In-depth knowledge of production management challenges is a major asset.

• Excellent skills in financial analysis and management control.
• Proficiency in computer tools and management software (ERP, advanced Excel).
• Ability to synthesize and communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Rigor, organization, and sense of priority.
• Leadership and teamwork skills.
• Good level of French and Arabic. Proficiency in English would be a plus.
