Job :
You will have the opportunity to play a key role in the development of many digital projects and impact investment decisions daily. Your mission will be to manage and coordinate project progress. But also to monitor the performance of ongoing operations, especially digital marketing campaigns.
1. Boost market growth:
• Identify key market characteristics and conduct regular benchmarks.
• Monitor KPIs using dashboards, analyze and optimize performance in coordination with marketing and technical teams.
• Improve statistical support and their models.
• Work with digital marketing teams to optimize ad campaigns and achieve defined objectives.
• Collaborate with the product team to coordinate the launch of new services and the evolution of existing ones.
• Create materials and reports to be sent to partners/prospects/clients.
• Lead projects from initial concept to delivery. Ensure coordination between all stakeholders (Business, Technical, Marketing)
2. Manage operationally:
• Analyze and measure performance and return on investment.
• Propose optimization/improvement actions.
• Lead iterative test & learn phases (AB testing).
• Configure offers on the group's tools.
• Produce reports and presentations related to the different projects.
Required profile :
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with great energy and a strong will to succeed.
- Internship or first experience in digital project coordination.
- Dynamic, with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about challenges, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve goals within deadlines.
- Organized, rigorous, analytical, and creative, able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Trilingual, with excellent written and oral communication skills in French, English, and Arabic (proficiency in English is mandatory).
- Strong interest in the mobile and digital sectors.
