Job :
Your responsibilities will be:
- Ensure and manage the preventive and corrective maintenance of fleet vehicles (trucks, tankers, etc.);
- Organize dispatching, follow-up, and control of various interventions (mechanics, electrical, welding, maintenance…);
- Monitor the availability of the transport fleet in real-time;
- Manage the purchase of spare parts, tires, and supplies (supplier orders, invoice follow-up, and payment);
- Define needs for spare parts and tires;
- Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders;
- Supervise and manage workshop personnel (attendance, evaluations, recruitment, leave, etc.);
- Track and analyze vehicle maintenance performance indicators.
Required profile :
- Hold a technical high school diploma (Bac technique) preferably, complemented by a Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Mechanics.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role or in maintenance management in a petroleum facility.
