Job :

To support the continuous improvement of all its group factories, Premium Foods Solutions is looking for an experienced and passionate Operations Manager dedicated to industrial performance.

Your main mission

Reporting to the Group's Industrial Department, as a key player in operational excellence, you will coordinate the coherence of improvement actions across the group's different sites.

Your first mission will be with the Sudaphi subsidiary, near Agadir, to support its ramp-up and strengthen its overall performance, for an initial period of at least 6 months, after an integration period in France.

Your main responsibilities

• Conduct a complete diagnosis of production and logistics flows (supplies, stocks, shipments), operational standards, and management practices.
• Propose and implement improvement plans with operational managers to optimize quality, costs, deadlines, and productivity.
• Structure production processes and formalize clear and robust operational standards.
• Deploy experience plans to optimize industrial process parameters.
• Monitor KPIs and manage continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise the industrialization of new products.
• Be a driving force for the standardization of settings and product range rationalization.
• Support and unite teams, fostering collaborative work and motivation.

• Higher education in engineering, production, or supply chain.
• Proven experience in the agri-food sector, ideally close to the agricultural sector.
• Be passionate about field work, capable of identifying improvement opportunities and acting quickly.
• Recognized for your field leadership, rigor, integrity, and results orientation.
• Proficiency in building an income statement, with successful experience in transforming improvement actions into tangible economic gains.
• Ability to unite, motivate, and monitor teams, while ensuring industrial performance.
