We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Application, ERP, Automation & Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our digital ecosystem managing enterprise applications, optimizing ERP systems, and building seamless integrations and automation workflows that drive business efficiency and scalability.

• Application & ERP ManagementAdminister, support, and enhance enterprise applications, with a focus on ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics D365 / Business Central / AX / NAV)
• Ensure optimal system performance, availability, and user satisfaction
• Manage ERP configurations, updates, and continuous improvements
• IntegrationDesign, develop, and maintain integrations between ERP and other systems (POS, CRM, e-commerce, HR, finance, etc.)
• Build and manage APIs, middleware, and data pipelines
• Ensure seamless data flow, consistency, and real-time synchronization across platforms
• AutomationIdentify opportunities to automate business processes and reduce manual effort
• Develop automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or other RPA solutions
• Improve operational efficiency through intelligent process automation
• Analysis & SupportGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide timely resolutions
• Work closely with stakeholders across departments (IT, finance, operations, retail, etc.)
• Governance & DocumentationEnsure data integrity, system security, and compliance with IT policies
• Document system architecture, workflows, and integration processes
• Support audits, reporting, and performance monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven experience in application support, ERP systems, automation, and integration
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics ERP or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and integration patterns
• Experience with automation tools (Power Platform, RPA, scripting)
• Proficiency with data formats (JSON, XML) and databases (SQL)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Integration Services (API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Experience in retail, distribution, or supply chain environments
• Microsoft certifications (Dynamics, Azure, Power Platform)
