Job :
Your mission will be to achieve reservation, collection, and destocking objectives while ensuring excellent customer service quality:
- Promote products to the target clientele
- Manage a client portfolio
- Achieve sales targets as defined by the Team Leader and Sales Manager
- Welcome prospects and organize visits to the project and the model apartment
- Ensure the qualification and input of the client database
- Carry out prospecting and field outreach missions
- Make full use of the available information system and ensure the quality of the data entered
- Ensure the completeness of data and the proper compilation of client files
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of payment deadlines with clients
- Monitor client portfolios, especially in the after-sales phase, to encourage referrals
- Strictly adhere to current sales procedures
- Participate in and implement the group's commercial policy
Required profile :
Basic Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac + 3) in Sales Management
Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in real estate
