Join our company operating in the dynamic Oil / Gas sector in Casablanca. We are looking for a versatile and organized administrative personality to enrich our team.
As a General Administrative Manager, you will play a crucial role in the smooth daily running of our administrative and commercial operations. Your contribution will be essential to the efficiency of our service.
Your duties will include general administrative management, support to sales teams, invoicing and payment tracking, internal and external communication, and document management. You will also be involved in organizing travel and scheduling meetings.
- Managing phone calls and incoming/outgoing mail.
- Filing and archiving documents.
- Participating in the preparation of client files.
- Tracking orders and deliveries.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Required profile :
A Bac +2 level of education is required, ideally in the fields of Sales Administration, Customer Service, Management, Accounting, or Finance.
Professional experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in similar roles is desired for this position.
We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, great attention to detail, and proven adaptability. Proficiency in office software (Pack Office) is essential. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team will be major assets.
