Reporting directly to General Management, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and optimizing all of the company's downstream logistics activities.

In a dynamic, demanding, and highly operationally focused environment, you will play a key role in the smooth running of distribution operations and the quality of service provided to customers.

As a true field manager, you will ensure the proper coordination of outbound logistics flows, the operational efficiency of the teams, and the maintenance of a high level of daily execution.

The main tasks will be, in summary:

• Management of downstream logistics operations and distribution flows;
• Coordination of delivery activities and field teams;
• Monitoring and optimization of logistics performance indicators;
• Management of human and material resources according to operational needs;
• Continuous improvement of logistics processes and operation optimization;
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and delivery deadline standards.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) / Master's degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a similar field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in downstream logistics, distribution, or field operations;
• Experience strongly appreciated in the FMCG, agri-food, distribution, or transport sectors.

Technical Skills:

• Good command of WMS / ERP / TMS tools;
• Very good command of office software and advanced level in Excel;
• Good ability to track and analyze logistics KPIs.
