The Technical Pre-sales Infrastructure supports sales teams in defining, designing, and presenting technical solutions tailored to client needs in the local market.

They are involved upstream of sales to ensure technical feasibility, relevance of proposed solutions, and their alignment with the company's offerings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' technical needs during the pre-sales phase

• Design suitable infrastructure architectures (on-premise, cloud, hybrid)

• Develop technical proposals and associated documentation

• Participate in responses to tenders (RFP/RFI)

• Present technical solutions to clients with sales teams

• Ensure the feasibility and consistency of proposed solutions

• Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and architecture teams

• Contribute to defining technical standards and best practices

Technical Environments

• IT Infrastructure (HCI, server, storage, network, security)

• Private / Public / Hybrid Cloud

• Security Solutions (SIEM, CTI, EDR / XDR, Firewall, NAC, PAM, ......)

• Hybrid Architectures

Profile Sought:

• Master's degree in IT, telecommunications, or equivalent

• Experience: 5 to 8 years in Architecture / engineering / pre-sales / consulting

• Minimum of two years' experience in pre-sales or technical consulting

• Good understanding of complex IT environments
