Job :
The Senior Executive Salesperson is responsible for managing and developing the company's client portfolio. They play a key role in the commercial strategy by identifying new business opportunities and establishing lasting relationships with clients. This position requires a strong ability to understand client needs, propose suitable solutions, and close high-value contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial Development: Identify and prospect new potential clients, particularly in strategic and/or complex sectors.
- Client Portfolio Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensure regular follow-up, and meet their needs.
- Negotiation and Sales: Conduct complex commercial negotiations, develop tailored proposals, and manage the sales cycle from start to finish.
- Strategic Watch: Analyze market trends, competition, and client needs to adjust offers and maximize sales.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a coherent and effective offering.
- Reporting and Monitoring: Regularly report on the progress of commercial objectives, sales forecasts, and results achieved to management.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Significant experience (5 years minimum) in a similar role, with a strong B2B focus.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage complex, high-stakes sales.
- Strong sense of customer service and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and prospecting techniques.
- Autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team.
