Job :

Reporting to the head of the finance and accounting department, your main tasks will be:

Accounting
Ensure the complete recording of Finéa's current accounting operations by checking the supporting documents.
Participate in the preparation of regulatory accounting statements.
Ensure the preparation of tax returns.
Participate in the preparation of regulatory reporting for Bank Al-Maghrib.
Participate in the analysis of accounts and perform extra-accounting reconciliations.
Participate in accounting closing procedures.
Financial and Budgetary Analysis and Monitoring
Ensure the preparation of financial analyses of Finéa's accounts.
Prepare treasury performance analyses by monitoring Finéa's financial investments and analyzing their returns.
Participate in consolidating budgetary needs and carry out necessary simulations (cash budget, OPEX/CAPEX budget, etc.).
Monitor budget execution with the different entities and analyze variances.
Participate in the preparation of various financial reports.
Stay informed about changes in regulations, taxes, and those related to the financial market activity.
Ensure the production of management dashboards, and the definition and implementation of activity monitoring indicators.
Filing and Archiving
Ensure the filing and archiving of all supporting documents.
 

• Bac+5 level education in Finance / Accounting;
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience required (experience in an audit and finance firm or in the banking sector would be desirable);
• Knowledge of general accounting, financial analysis;
• Preparation of accounting, financial, and regulatory statements;
• Analysis and monitoring of accounts;
• Mastery of corporate and market finance;
• Knowledge of regulatory aspects related to the banking sector;
• Proficiency in computer tools: Word, Excel, Power, etc.
