As a true leader in industrial performance, you will actively contribute to the transformation and operational excellence of the site by managing strategic, human, and organizational issues with a high impact.
Missions:
- Reporting to the General Management, your main responsibilities will be:
- To manage all industrial operations of the site;
- To guarantee operational performance, productivity, and the achievement of defined objectives;
- To supervise production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain activities;
- To deploy continuous improvement and operational excellence projects;
- To optimize industrial processes using Lean Manufacturing principles;
- To ensure compliance with quality, safety, and conformity standards;
- To monitor performance indicators and implement necessary corrective actions;
- To support teams in skills development and change management;
- To actively participate in industrial transformation and development projects;
- To collaborate with various local and international stakeholders.
Required profile :
- Higher education, such as an Engineering School or equivalent;
- Proven experience of at least 10 to 15 years in a structured industrial environment;
- Mandatory experience in sectors such as automotive, pharmaceutical, agri-food, or any other process industry;
- Solid experience in managing multidisciplinary teams;
- Good command of continuous improvement and performance management tools;
- Leadership, analytical skills, and results-orientation;
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Professional French and English required.
