This position offers direct exposure to business and supply chain challenges in a dynamic, structuring, and fast-growing environment.
As such, your main tasks will be to:
- Ensure cross-functional coordination of operations between different stakeholders;
- Monitor and manage operational activities and flows related to the value chain;
- Participate in performance analysis and the production of operational reports;
- Contribute to process optimization and monitoring of performance indicators;
- Support export-related activities and business development;
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and operational objectives.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or equivalent;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, FMCG, cosmetics, or export environment;
- Excellent command of English;
- Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills;
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and autonomy;
- Experience in an international environment is a real asset.
