Mission:
Reporting to the Regional Directorate, you will be responsible for selling and promoting offers and services while actively developing the client portfolio through prospecting and customer loyalty actions.
Responsibilities:
• Sell offers and services
• Achieve set commercial objectives
• Conduct telephone and door-to-door prospecting actions
• Welcome customers in agencies and provide personalized advice
• Handle complaints and ensure follow-up of customer files
• Ensure customer retention
• Comply with reception standards and waiting times
• Participate in commercial and promotional campaigns
• Provide field information for improving offers

• Education: Bac+2 (2 years of higher education) or more in sales, marketing, sales techniques, or equivalent
• Experience: Experience in sales or customer relations desired
