Mission:
You will sustainably develop the business client portfolio by prospecting, acquiring, and retaining clients.



Responsibilities:
• Develop the client portfolio by actively prospecting new businesses and strengthening existing relationships.
• Analyze the needs of prospects and clients to formulate value propositions.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate tailor-made commercial offers, up to the conclusion and implementation of contracts.
• Ensure regular and personalized follow-up of the portfolio by becoming the clients' preferred point of contact.
• Support commercial development by promoting new offers and continuously ensuring Client satisfaction and service quality.
• Carry out rigorous activity reporting, monitor performance, and contribute to competitive intelligence to anticipate market changes.
• Participate in continuous improvement by using client feedback, optimizing sales practices, and strengthening skills through training programs.

• Ability to understand clients' business challenges and translate their needs into suitable solutions.
• Strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, and client relations.
• Results-oriented, dynamic, and excellent service mindset.
• Comfortable with digital tools.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and initiative.
 



Profile Sought:
• Age: 30 years maximum
• Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in commerce, management, Marketing, sales, or distribution.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, ideally in IT or digital services.
