Reporting to the Regional OCM Manager, the Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for the commercial development and technical support of Oil Condition Monitoring (OCM) activities in Morocco.
- Promote SGS OCM services to existing and prospective clients (oil industry, energy production, marine)
- Identify new market opportunities and develop the client portfolio
- Prepare commercial proposals, price offers, and contracts
- Ensure technical follow-up of client contracts and communicate analysis results
- Be the reference technical contact for clients, ensure their satisfaction
- Contribute to regular reporting on commercial performance
Required profile :
- Master's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Maintenance)
- 3 to 4 years of experience in technical support and/or B2B sales
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Good knowledge of lubricants, lubrication, or industrial maintenance (an asset)
- Experience in the Oil & Gas, mining, or energy production sectors (an asset)
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Autonomous, results-oriented, team spirit
- Proficiency in French and English
