Job :
Purpose of the position:
To ensure the direct management, leadership, training, and motivation of the sales force in order to develop high-performing professionals, through planning, organization, and control, in order to achieve commercial objectives.
To lead the Sales TDM team to achieve the branch's territory objectives in terms of turnover, market share, and profit.
To manage the integrated sales team to ensure and maintain a high level of customer service quality, in line with TDM standards.
To guarantee continuous growth of business development in the region, and to implement appropriate actions to strengthen the market leadership and dominance position by stimulating customer demand.
To ensure flawless execution of all Sales & Marketing programs.
Main activities:
Sales Force Management:
- Lead daily meetings (Daily meeting) with the sales team
- Organization of weekly and monthly one-on-one meetings with sales representatives to monitor their performance and efficiency
- Communicate individual improvement plans to sales management and Human Resources and ensure their implementation
- Provide direction, feedback, and foster a motivational climate that encourages individual performance
- Train, coach, and motivate sales representatives - Participate in the recruitment process of the teams
- Manage individual development plans (field training, classroom training, etc.)
- Regularly evaluate employee performance
- Monitor the operational efficiency of the sales team
Showroom Management:
- Supervise the overall management of the point of sale (showroom)
- Ensure operational excellence and customer experience within the showroom
Commercial Intelligence
- Analyze sales studies and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) survey results
- Implement rapid corrective actions in response to competitor strategies
- Maintain competitive intelligence (activities and pricing)
- Develop differentiating sales arguments to strengthen competitive advantage
Sales Processes and Administration:
- Ensure sales processes are followed by sales representatives
- Guarantee the efficiency of transfer, delivery, and registration deadlines, as well as compliance with customer commitments to ensure high satisfaction and a good CSI level
Reporting & Sales Projects:
- Provide daily, monthly, and annual reporting in accordance with sales management directives
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of opportunities, purchase orders, delivery planning, and invoicing
- Report on the results of exhibitions, trade shows, prospecting activities, and promotional campaigns
- Manage PS projects according to the company's agenda and facilitate QCC projects
Required profile :
Education & Experience:
- University degree, ideally in economics.
- 5 to 8 years of sales experience, ideally including 3 years in a similar role in the automotive sector or related field.
- Experience within a multinational or large national company is strongly desired
