Job :

Under the supervision of the QHSE Manager, your responsibilities will be:

• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of the QHSE management system;
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of QHSE files;
• Ensure that safety procedures, instructions, and standards are applied on site;
• Participate in the preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits;
• Monitor QHSE performance indicators and develop dashboards;
• Participate in identifying occupational and environmental risks;
• Contribute to awareness and training actions for staff on safety and hygiene;
• Ensure the follow-up of corrective and preventive action plans;
• Participate in handling non-conformities and incidents;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to quality, safety, and the environment;
• Ensure the classification and archiving of QHSE documents.
 

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) or equivalent;
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial setting;
• Good knowledge of QHSE standards and practices;
• Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ;
• Good written and oral communication skills;
• Organizational skills, rigor, responsiveness, and analytical thinking;
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Additional assets:
• Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) ;
• Experience in QHSE document management;
• Awareness of continuous improvement.
