Job :
Main Missions:
Daily:
• Carries out corrective and preventive interventions (corrective and preventive work orders) and provides technical assistance to production;
• Executes maintenance plans (preventive and improvement-based);
• Performs major maintenance, machine overhauls, and new works;
• Ensures cleanliness and tidiness at the end of interventions and in maintenance areas;
• Systematically and rigorously records all maintenance interventions (or interventions on investment work orders) in the CMMS before leaving their post;
• Updates technical knowledge to adapt continuously;
• Applies safety instructions and respects procedures and best practices;
• Collaborates with other sections of the maintenance department and the production department;
• Participates in close proximity meetings with other trades;
• Carries out controls, inspections of cleaning and necessary lubrication (mechanical and electrical or other) for the proper functioning of equipment to ensure the safety of property, people, and the environment.
• Plays a preventive role, by reporting anomalies observed during interventions and routine rounds;
• Contributes to the factory's continuous improvement process by participating in projects.
• Performs robotic programming and operating manuals.
• Designs and carries out functional and technical validation test plans for industrial controllers.
• Applies and enforces 5S standards within their scope.
Work Safety and Health:
- Knows and understands the dangers and risks associated with the position.
- Respects the health and safety instructions mentioned in the job instructions, job sheets, and various signage, and uses defined operational control (proper wearing of PPE, use of mechanical aids, use of handrails or guardrails, correct body positioning, etc.).
- Ensures good housekeeping in their work area; keeps walkways clear and applies 5S rules at the workstation.
- Immediately cleans their workstation in case of product spills.
- Complies with the safety instructions for chemicals used.
- Prohibits makeshift solutions (table-chair tape).
- Informs management of any health and safety anomalies (equipment presenting a risk, or other...).
- Alerts and reports any new risk and actively participates in the continuous improvement of the SMSST (Safety Management System for Occupational Health and Safety).
- Ensures compliance with the lockout/tagout procedure in case of interventions on electrical equipment or rotating machinery.
Environment:
In addition to considering and applying the Environmental Charter of Fromageries Bel Maroc factory, they must:
- Respect environmental instructions regarding the evacuation and sorting of waste (Oils Regularly check installations to avoid leaks and overuse of used lubricating oils, water, air, steam, and other hazardous waste);
- Do not discharge chemicals (solvents, ink, oil, or other products and waste) into the sewers;
- Inform their direct supervisor of any environmental anomaly observed.
Document Management:
- Applies current internal regulations and procedures;
- Diligently enters all relevant information into SAP. For requirements other than maintenance, enters the required paper records.
- Reports any technical modification of the entrusted installations and/or equipment to their management.
Required profile :
With a background at the ITA, ISTA level, or a Technical Baccalaureate with a specialization related to the profession, you have at least 3 years of experience in a technical department or industrial maintenance. You have solid technical knowledge in the fields of dairy and cheese processes, general mechanics, electricity, as well as industrial automation and robotics. Comfortable reading diagrams and technical plans, you also master the Windows environment and office tools (Microsoft Office), as well as CMMS software and other applications specific to your technical field. Reactive, autonomous, and with good initiative, you demonstrate good interpersonal skills and teamwork, while being able to analyze and solve problems encountered in production. Fluency in French, both spoken and written, is essential.
