Job : Main tasks:
  • Supervise all personnel administration from employee onboarding to departure (contracts, amendments, absences, administrative files, disciplinary actions, final settlements...) while ensuring compliance with Moroccan labor law
  • Manage the entire payroll process and ensure the accuracy of payslips, social declarations, and HR reports in compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
  • Manage relationships with social security organizations and external partners (CNSS, insurance companies, occupational health services, payroll providers, administrations...) and participate in audits and social controls
  • Support management and managers on HR, administrative, and social matters, while contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and the security of HR practices
  • Participate in social dialogue and contribute to maintaining a constructive social climate through reliable, transparent, and service-quality-oriented support


Required profile :

Profile sought:



  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent command of Moroccan payroll & labor law
  • Good command of HRIS / SAP tools
  • Team management experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Moroccan labor law
  • Very good command of Excel and social reporting
  • Fluent French - Arabic required (English appreciated)
