Your missions
Reporting to the After-Sales Manager, you are responsible for the technical quality of the training delivered to our network. As such, you will focus on two main areas:
Design and delivery of technical training:
- Design and deliver technical training sessions in various formats: face-to-face, e-learning, and on-the-job training
- Train technicians on all vehicle systems: powertrain, EV/PHEV technologies, ADAS, diagnostics, electricity, and bodywork
- Conduct training for new model launches, so that network technicians are operational as soon as they are released for sale
- Continuously develop and update training materials: presentations, workshop guides, diagnostic scenarios, and e-learning modules
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training through tests and field feedback, and adjust content accordingly
- Certify technicians according to the brand's competency framework and ensure monitoring of certification levels across the network
- Manage and maintain training equipment, workshop tools, and demonstration vehicles
Knowledge management and reporting:
- Produce technical bulletins, troubleshooting guides, and best practice documents for the network
- Track and report key performance indicators: certification levels, training attendance rates, and technician performance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the technical training curriculum, in coordination with the manufacturer

Education
Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics, Electromechanics, or equivalent
A Train-the-Trainer certification or additional pedagogical training is a plus
Experience
Minimum 5 years of workshop experience as a technician or diagnostic specialist, ideally on Asian brands
2 to 3 years of experience in delivering technical training (face-to-face, workshop, or e-learning)
Experience with EV/PHEV/BEV technologies is highly desirable given our product range
Technical Skills
Proficiency in diagnostic tools (OBD, oscilloscope, manufacturer software)
In-depth knowledge of modern vehicle architectures: electrical/electronic systems, ADAS, connected features
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and engineering documentation
Proficiency in educational content creation tools: PowerPoint, e-learning platforms, or LMS
Languages
English: fluent - essential (all OEM documentation and headquarters communication are in English)
Arabic and French: fluent - required (delivery of network training and internal reporting)
Personal Qualities
Excellent communication skills: ability to simplify complex technical concepts for audiences of varying levels
Pedagogical skills, patience, and enthusiasm for skills transfer
Autonomy and organizational skills - simultaneous management of multiple training schedules
Availability for occasional national and international travel
