Your missions
Reporting to the Brand Manager, you play a central role in monitoring and driving commercial performance. As such, you are responsible for:
Network Activity Management:
- Prepare and lead the monthly network meeting: consolidate action points, follow up on sales points' commitments
- Ensure monitoring of stock levels and vehicle assignments
- Check the compliance of vehicles displayed in each showroom and ensure weekly cleaning of the order portfolio per sales point
- Verify the compliance of discounts granted by the sites with the brand's commercial action plans
- Monitor daily commercial activities per site and per sales advisor
- Track key indicators: showroom visits, leads processed, test drives, orders taken, and conversion rates...
Reporting & Dashboards:
- Implement and maintain dashboards for monitoring sales performance and objectives
- Collect, validate, and structure commercial data from systems and field reports
- Ensure monitoring of commercial KPIs throughout the sales cycle: Opportunities, Orders, Pipeline, and Deliveries
- Produce and distribute periodic reports to relevant stakeholders within deadlines
- Formulate analyses and recommendations based on observed discrepancies to support decision-making
Commercial Projects:
- Identify improvement opportunities and formalize projects aligned with the division's strategic priorities
- Coordinate the implementation of Kaizen initiatives and continuous improvement actions
- Support field teams in project execution: milestone tracking, obstacle removal, results evaluation
- Capitalize on best practices at the end of each project to enrich internal knowledge bases
Required profile :
You are rigorous, results-oriented, and comfortable in an environment where data is at the heart of decisions. More specifically:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business, or equivalent
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools; knowledge of SAP and/or BI tools is a plus
Soft Skills:
Analytical skills, rigor in following commitments, ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders
