Job :

Reporting to the Commercial Department, your main mission will be to identify and qualify new prospects in order to feed SOREC's B to B client portfolio. As such, your main activities will be:



Development of the prospecting plan
• Follow up on prospecting actions according to priority targets;• Develop and retain the client portfolio;• Regularly report information to the sales team;



Acquisition of new prospects
• Ensure field prospecting, telephone, emailing;• Monitor the progress of prospects in the sales pipeline;• Ensure the qualification of prospects and their recording in the appropriate databases;• Identify the prospect's needs for the first meeting.



Development of new channels
• Explore new distribution channels outside SOREC's traditional networks;• Ensure the relationship and follow-up of partnership projects for new networks;• Set up a portfolio of business introducers per region;




Monitoring and reporting
• Take charge of monitoring prospecting files until completion;• Ensure coordination between the different parties on SOREC sites;• Produce regular reporting including precise prospecting KPIs in line with commercial objectives. 




Required profile :

As a potential candidate:



You have a Bac +4/5 (Master's degree or equivalent) in Management, Commerce or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in prospecting within the mass retail / Retail network.



Required skills:



- Prospecting, sales, and negotiation techniques;- Knowledge of the mass retail environment;- Strong sense of quality and business orientation;- Ability to write, synthesize, and analyze;- Sense of commitment, adaptation, initiative, and collaboration.- Communication skills and interpersonal ease.- Responsiveness and team spirit.
