Job :

You will lead and manage a team dedicated to selling Health Insurance. Your main mission will be to help manage the activity, support the development of advisors' skills, and ensure sales and quality targets for the project are met.




Your main responsibilities include:
Manage, lead, and support a team of sales advisors.
Monitor individual and team performance (sales, quality, productivity).
Implement action plans to meet and exceed goals.
Provide regular coaching, call reviews, and team skill development.
Track performance indicators and produce activity reports.
Ensure compliance with project procedures, scripts, and quality standards.
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain a positive, results-oriented team dynamic.




Required profile :

Profile sought:




Excellent French speaking and writing skills.
Proven experience in team management in a customer relations center.
Spécial Experience in insurance (ideally borrower insurance) is highly desired.
Leadership, organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to analyze performance and implement corrective actions.
Very good interpersonal skills and ability to motivate teams.
