Job :
YOUR MISSIONS
• Respond to incoming calls from French-speaking and English-speaking customers with professionalism and empathy.
• Diagnose and resolve issues, incidents, and requests related to cable, internet, and TV services.
• Follow up on customer files and update information in our CRM tools.
ADDITIONAL SALES PART
• Identify sales opportunities during each customer interaction (upsell & cross-sell).
• Offer upgrade packages, premium options, and complementary services tailored to the customer's profile.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the team (revenue generated, conversion rates).
• Contribute to customer retention by highlighting the benefits of current offers.
Required profile :
Profile Wanted
• Mastery of French and English (spoken and written) - minimum operational level required for both languages.
• Proven sales skills: you know how to turn a service call into a sales opportunity, naturally and without pressure.
• Experience in a call center, customer service, or sales is appreciated (beginners with good sales instinct are accepted).
• Good active listening skills, ability to understand needs and argue effectively.
• Computer savvy, ability to navigate multiple tools simultaneously.
• Team spirit, taste for challenges, and results-oriented.
