Job : As part of its development, MCC is recruiting an Inside Sales professional to strengthen our sales and marketing teams.The position is for a hybrid profile, capable of working between commercial prospecting and operational marketing, with a good understanding of BPO / outsourced customer relations challenges.- • Identification and qualification of leads (prospecting, research, targeting)- • Contacting and generating sales opportunities- • Following up and maintaining the sales pipeline- • Contributing to lead generation campaigns and marketing actions- • Participating in the organization of events, webinars, and acquisition operations- • Creating and updating sales and marketing materials- • Coordinating with sales and marketing teams to support development goals
Required profile : • Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in commerce, marketing, or equivalent• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in business development / sales development• Experience in the BPO / outsourcing sector ideally• Strong marketing sense and interest in operational marketing• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in prospecting and lead generation tools
