Your tasks



As an intermediary between clients and our banking partners, you will be responsible for:



  1. Prospecting and assisting clients with their credit consolidation requests
  2. Identifying needs and analyzing clients' financial situations
  3. Carrying out personalized financing simulations
  4. Setting up files and ensuring their follow-up until the funds are released
  5. Negotiating the best conditions with our partner banks
  6. Ensuring quality commercial follow-up to build customer loyalty
  7. Following up with clients to optimize responses and conversions
  8. Meeting and exceeding set commercial objectives


Required profile :

Profile sought




  1. Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in commerce, finance, economics, or equivalent
  2. Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
  3. Good interpersonal skills and a taste for customer contact, especially by phone
  4. A sense of challenge and strong motivation to achieve commercial goals
  5. Dynamic, rigorous, reactive, and good listening skills
  6. Previous experience in customer relations, telesales, banking, insurance, or call centers is highly valued
