Join a dynamic company in the metalworking/steel industry as a Body Shop Manager. This position is based in MEKNES, a booming city, and offers a unique opportunity to lead a team and contribute to operational performance.

Take responsibility for the daily management of the body shop. Your role will be essential to ensure the achievement of production objectives, the quality of interventions, and customer satisfaction. You will ensure the smooth operation of teams and equipment.

Your main tasks will include direct supervision of technician teams, organization and planning of bodywork, and quality control of services provided. You will also be responsible for managing stocks of spare parts and consumables, implementing safety procedures, and meeting intervention deadlines. Managing customer relations for the technical aspects of repairs will also be part of your daily routine.

A 2-year college degree (Bac +2) is required.

Significant experience of 3 to 10 years in managing a body shop, ideally in the automotive or industrial sector, is expected.

• Proven technical expertise in bodywork and automotive repair.
• Solid skills in team management and workshop animation.
• Good knowledge of aspects related to sales administration and after-sales service (SAV) is a plus.
• The ability to manage work and projects in compliance with quality standards.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Knowledge of the construction industry (BTP) would be a plus.
