Job :
Ensure the administrative management of staff.
Follow up on work health files (work accidents, medical visits, etc.).
Participate in the onboarding of new employees.
Ensure administrative follow-up of training.
Provide support for recruitment activities.
Update HR data and dashboards (HR KPIs).
Manage company car fleet administration.
Ensure compliance with HR procedures and provide daily support to employees.
Required profile :
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
First experience in HR administration, ideally in an industrial setting.
Good command of Excel and office tools.
Rigor, organization, sense of confidentiality, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team.
Conditions
Contract: Temporary (maternity leave replacement)
Location: Bouskoura
Salary: Between 5,000 MAD and 6,000 MAD gross per month, depending on profile.
