Job :
Reporting to the management, your missions will be:
- Manage technical purchases (spare parts, industrial equipment, maintenance, etc.)
- Identify and select local and international suppliers
- Negotiate purchase conditions (price, deadlines, quality, logistics conditions)
- Ensure order tracking until reception
- Optimize costs while ensuring quality and continuity of production
- Collaborate closely with the maintenance, production, and logistics teams
- Set up and monitor purchasing performance indicators
- Ensure technical watch and sourcing of new suppliers
Required profile :
- Master's degree in purchasing, logistics, industrial engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment
- Good knowledge of technical purchases and industrial equipment
- Skills in negotiation and supplier management
- Proficiency in computer tools (ERP, Excel, etc.)
- Good level of French, English is a plus

التوظيف :
تقدِم التقارير إلى الإدارة، مهامك ستكون كالتالي:
- إدارة المشتريات الفنية (قطع الغيار، المعدات الصناعية، الصيانة، وغيرها)
- تحديد واختيار الموردين المحليين والدوليين
- التفاوض على شروط الشراء (السعر، المواعيد، الجودة، شروط اللوجستيات)
- ضمان تتبع الطلب حتى الاستلام
- تحسين التكاليف مع ضمان الجودة واستمرارية الإنتاج
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق الصيانة والإنتاج واللوجستيات
- إعداد ومتابعة مؤشرات أداء الشراء
- ضمان الرصد الفني ومصادر جديدة للموردين
الملف المطلوب :
- درجة الماجستير في الشراء، اللوجستيات، الهندسة الصناعية، أو ما يعادلها
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دور مماثل، ويفضل في بيئة صناعية
- معرفة جيدة بالشراءات الفنية والمعدات الصناعية
- مهارات في التفاوض وإدارة الموردين
- إتقان أدوات الحاسوب (ERP، Excel، إلخ)
- مستوى جيد في اللغة الفرنسية، الإنجليزية إضافة
