Main tasks
Maintenance strategy
- Establish and manage the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for all equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, etc.).
- Maintain technological awareness and propose continuous improvements to optimize facility reliability.
Team management and coordination
- Manage and train the team of technicians (scheduling, performance monitoring).
- Collaborate with different departments (Production, Logistics, Quality) to coordinate interventions and minimize downtime.
Budget management and reporting
- Prepare and monitor the maintenance budget (repair costs, spare parts purchases).
- Implement performance indicators (MTTR, downtime rate, etc.) and provide regular reports to management.
Safety and compliance
- Ensure compliance with current safety standards (ISO, OHSAS, etc.) and internal procedures.
- Oversee equipment compliance with current regulations and manage technical audits if necessary.
Required profile :
Profile sought
Education: Bachelor's degree +4/5 (engineering school or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics, or Industrial Maintenance.
Experience: 5 to 10 years minimum in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or construction environment (knowledge of wood processing would be an advantage).
Key skills:
- Mastery of maintenance techniques (mechanical, electrical, automation, hydraulic).
- Very good knowledge of CMMS tools and best practices in technical project management.
- Strong skills in team management and budget management.
