Job Description

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Expert to join our team and contribute to the deployment, customization, and optimization of the Dynamics 365 solution within our company. As an expert, you will work on strategic projects to improve our business processes and integrate best practices in the use of this platform. You will also be responsible for training and technical support for internal users.

Missions :

• Dynamics 365 design and customization : Analyze business needs and design customized solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
• Development and integration : Develop technical solutions on Dynamics 365 using languages ​​such as C#, JavaScript, as well as development tools (Power Platform, Power Automate, etc.).
• Migration and upgrade management : Lead migration projects to Dynamics 365 or platform updates while ensuring service continuity.
• Process optimization : Collaborate with business teams to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize customer relationship management, finance, sales, etc. processes.
• Technical support and training : Provide high-level technical support to internal users. Train and support teams in the optimal use of Dynamics 365.
• Technology watch : Monitor developments in the Dynamics 365 platform and propose continuous improvements to existing solutions.
• Documentation and reporting : Write technical documentation and performance reports to ensure traceability and understanding of projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Search profile:

• Education : Bac +5 in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent field.
• Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, with in-depth expertise in customizing, integrating and optimizing this platform.

Comp tences techniques :

• Expertise in the implementation, customization and administration of Dynamics 365.
• Mastery of associated development tools and languages ​​(C#, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations, etc.).
• Experience in integration with other systems (ERP, CRM, external databases, etc.).
• Knowledge of best practices in security and permissions management in Dynamics 365.
• Mastery of Agile project methodologies and associated project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).

• Personal skills :
