Flormar MOROCCO, a brand of the Beauty Pole of One Retail, is recruiting an Area Manager for the Marrakech-Safi region.
Your main responsibilities:
Lead the commercial performance of several points of sale.
Support, coach, and develop field teams.
Ensure operational excellence and customer experience.
Ensure the proper execution of commercial and merchandising actions.
Train and support Beauty Advisors to strengthen their expertise and performance.
Position based in Marrakech with regional mobility.
Required profile :
Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in Commerce, Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-site management in retail.
Excellent command of commercial performance indicators.
Field leadership, coaching skills, and results-oriented.
A passion for the beauty world is a real asset.

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة متعددة المواقع في البيع بالتجزئة.
إجادة مؤشرات الأداء التجاري.
قيادة ميدانية، مهارات التوجيه، والنتائجية.
