Your mission:
As a Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in the quality of the customer experience by:
- Responding to customer requests via phone, email, or chat.
- Identifying and resolving problems or complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
- Proposing personalized solutions to strengthen customer loyalty.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of services by sharing customer feedback and needs.
