Job :
We are looking for an Information Systems Manager (ISM) to lead and optimize all of our company's information systems. Working with management, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the IT strategy to ensure the performance, security, and suitability of digital tools for the company's needs.
Main tasks:
• IS Management: Supervise and develop the IT infrastructure and application systems.
• IT Security: Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• ERP & Software: Administer and optimize ERP solutions (especially Sage X3 if used) and other management tools.
• Support and Maintenance: Oversee system maintenance, user support, incident management, and specific developments.
• IT Project Management: Lead projects for the development and integration of new technological solutions.
• Technology Watch: Anticipate industry changes and propose relevant innovations.
Required technical skills:
• Mastery of network infrastructures, servers, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
• Experience in ERP management and administration (Sage X3 is a plus).
• Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
• Skills in cybersecurity and backup solutions.
• Mastery of Windows, Linux environments, and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure).
• Experience in IT project management.
Required profile :
To succeed in this role, a Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +5) is required. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Information Systems, ideally within an industrial environment. Experience in team management would be appreciated.
