General Services Manager (M/F)
We are recruiting for a highly renowned group a General Services Manager (M/F) to manage and optimize the company's general services and infrastructure.
Main tasks:
• Supervise all general services: maintenance, security, concierge, vehicle fleet, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure the management and maintenance of buildings and facilities.
• Manage external service providers and monitor maintenance contracts.
• Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and the compliance of facilities.
• Optimize costs related to general services and propose improvement actions.
• Guarantee compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental standards.
• Monitor purchases and supplies related to general services.
• Participate in the arrangement of workspaces and internal logistics management.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
• Bachelor's degree to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in management, logistics, maintenance, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Good command of managing service providers and general services.
• Organized, rigorous, and responsive.
• Excellent coordination and priority management skills.
• Proficient in office software.
