We are looking for an IT Operations Agent to join our Digital Foundation & Operations department. The main mission is to ensure the functional and technical automatic processing of information systems in production, as well as to handle reported incidents.

Main tasks:

• Ensure the proper execution of automatic processing.
• Perform daily tasks (OS, DB system backups).
• Study and analyze logs generated during batch processing.
• Monitor operational incidents, analyze their causes, and implement corrective measures.
• Communicate and provide visibility on the execution status of automatic processing.

Profile sought:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (2-3 years) in IT or equivalent.
• Rigor with a keen eye for detail
• Communication and teamwork skills
