Job :
The consultant will be responsible for:
- Leading industrialization projects for new civil engine repairs, from feasibility study to commissioning.
- Translating the requirements of manufacturers and the design office (BE) into industrial workshop processes.
- Defining repair procedures and work instructions.
- Qualifying means and tooling (equipment, machines, tools).
Missions:
- Write repair procedures, work instructions, and technical files.
- Establish the quality plan, resource management plan, and technical facts, anomalies, or evolution management plan.
- Ensure weekly reporting through Flash Reports and Scorecards.
- Manage the project dashboard (action tracking, blocking points, risk analysis, OQD/OTD indicators).
- Write meeting minutes (CR) for launch, progress, and closure reviews.
Required profile :
Graduated with a Bac+5 degree from an engineering school or equivalent university, specializing in Mechanical Engineering, Industrialization, Production, or Aeronautics, or with equivalent significant experience.
Experience: 3 to 8 years of successful experience in Methods, Industrialization, or R&D, ideally in the aeronautics, space, or high-precision automotive sector.
Required Skills:
- Contractor's internal standards: PRO-0316, GRP-0129 (Quality Assurance Plan), GRF-0033 (Compliance Matrix), GRP-0087 (Supplier Requirements), INS-0406, PRO-0197 (Design Study Files), option PRO-0617.
- Tools: Engine Shop Manual, AMM, SAP, SharePoint, ITEROP.

الوظيفة :
سيكون المستشار مسؤولاً عن:
- قيادة مشاريع التصنيع لإصلاحات المحركات المدنية الجديدة، من دراسة الجدوى حتى التشغيل.
- ترجمة متطلبات الشركات المصنّعة ومكتب التصميم (BE) إلى عمليات ورش صناعية.
- تعريف إجراءات الإصلاح وتعليمات العمل.
- اعتماد وسائل وأدوات القياس (المعدات، الآلات، الأدوات).
المهام:
- كتابة إجراءات الإصلاح، تعليمات العمل، وملفات تقنية.
- تحديد خطة الجودة، خطة إدارة الموارد، وملف الحقائق الفنية، الشذوذ أو خطة evolution management.
- ضمان تقرير أسبوعي من خلال تقارير فلاش و بطاقات الأداء.
- إدارة لوحة مشروع (تتبع الإجراءات، نقاط الإعاقة، تحليل المخاطر، مؤشرات OQD/OTD).
- كتابة محاضر الاجتماعات (CR) للإطلاق، التقدم، ومراجعات الإغلاق.
الملف المطلوب :
خريج بدرجة Bac+5 من مدرسة هندسية أو جامعة مكافئة، متخصص في الهندسة الميكانيكية، التصنيع، الإنتاج، أو الطيران، أو بخبرة ذات صلة كبيرة.
الخبرة: من 3 إلى 8 سنوات من الخبرة الناجحة في الأساليب، التصنيع، أو البحث والتطوير، ويفضل في قطاع الطيران، الفضاء، أو السيارات الدقيقة عالية الدقة.
المهارات المطلوبة:
- المعايير الداخلية للمقاول: PRO-0316، GRP-0129 (خطة ضمان الجودة)، GRF-0033 (مصوفة الامتثال)، GRP-0087 (متطلبات المورد)، INS-0406، PRO-0197 ( ملفات دراسة التصميم)، خيار PRO-0617.
- الأدوات: كتيب ورشة المحرك، AMM، SAP، SharePoint، ITEROP.
