Job :
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data to support decision-making.
- Develop and track dashboards and performance reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Perform data analysis and provide recommendations to optimize company processes and performance.
- Participate in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for management.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations, and other departments to gather business needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Identify gaps between objectives and results, analyze their causes, and propose action plans.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, reporting automation, and process optimization.
- Contribute to the implementation of new data analysis and visualization tools.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Control, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or equivalent field.
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas).
- Good knowledge of Power BI.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
- Critical thinking, rigor, and autonomy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
