Job :
Reporting to the General Management, your main mission is to manage, lead, and coordinate civil engineering subcontractors while respecting costs, deadlines, and quality processes in line with expected requirements.
Your missions are as follows:
- Develop the specifications for the works;
- Develop contracts with the works companies;
- Ensure interface management with engaged works companies;
- Develop operational and organizational procedures for carrying out the works;
- Monitor the realization and execution of the works;
- Coordinate and develop the annual works program;
- Manage budgets.
Required profile :
With an engineering degree in civil engineering - a graduate of a major school like EHTP, EMI, you have successful experience in an engineering firm or a construction company.
You also have the following skills:
- Knowledge of budget assessment for works;
- Mastery of budget, deadline, and quality management for works;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in computer tools.
