Main tasks:
Elaborate and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Analyze the differences between forecasts and results, and propose corrective actions.
Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).
Produce financial and operational reports for management.
Participate in monthly closings and result analysis.
Support operational teams in performance management and cost optimization.
Contribute to improving management control processes and reporting tools.
Required profile :
Profile sought
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Control, Accounting, or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in management control, ideally in an industrial environment.
Excellent command of financial analysis, budget monitoring, and cost control.
Good command of Excel, reporting tools, and an ERP system (SAP, Sage, Oracle, or equivalent).
Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and excellent communication skills with operational teams.
Position based in Dakhla

الملف المطلوب :
الملف المطلوب
درجة الماجستير (Bac+5) في المالية، الرقابة الإدارية، المحاسبة، أو ما يعادلها.
خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات على الأقل في الرقابة الإدارية، ويفضل في بيئة صناعية.
إتقان ممتاز للتحليل المالي، ورصد الميزانية، والتحكم في التكاليف.
معرفة جيدة ببرنامج Excel، وأدوات التقارير، ونظام ERP (SAP، Sage، Oracle، أو ما يعادله).
عقلية تحليلية، دقة، استقلالية، ومهارات تواصل ممتازة مع فرق التشغيل.
