Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and minimize risks within their sector by managing HSE action plans. Guarantee the achievement of set objectives (costs, quality, deadlines). To this end, they are the functional manager of the support teams assigned to the Production Unit (Production Manager, Methods Planner, Product Quality Specialist, and Process Engineer). In this role, they define the necessary action priorities for the support functions (Quality, Engineering, and Production Management) to achieve the best SQCDPI performance for their line. Be responsible for manufacturing, respecting the production plan objectives. Ensure the application of the design documentation. Manage action plans for cost and deadline reduction, and for improving quality and efficiency within their scope. Ensure the quality of services provided to clients and adherence to commitments. Define cost and delivery time objectives, and implement corrective actions in case of deviations or overruns. Participate in product development committees and define the implementation priorities for changes. Lead the definition of the material and human resources to be deployed. Manage investments for your line and participate in profitability analyses. Contribute to maintaining a high-performing team and fostering its motivation by identifying promising individuals for career advancement within the company. Ensure compliance with QRQC level 1 and 2 standards. Guarantee a 5S and IP dynamic within your production lines. Anticipate future difficulties, manage risks (criticality, contingency plan), and define appropriate action plans. Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and participate in the implementation of the HSE Management System. Actively participate in EPDP (Effective Performance and Development Plan) and the setting of common objectives for functional teams. Deploy and manage the REP (Effectiveness and Performance Review) within your UAP (Unit of Analysis and Planning).
