Job Description

Supplier Non-conformity Management:

  • Lead the analysis and treatment of supplier non-conformities.
  • Ensure follow-up of curative, corrective, and preventive actions.
  • Ensure the sustainable eradication of root causes of defects.

Supplier Escalation Management:

  • Participate in QRQC meetings and represent the AQF activity.
  • Coordinate security actions during supplier escalations.
  • Ensure follow-up of the effectiveness of implemented measures.

Supplier Action Plan Management:

  • Lead supplier action plans (8D / Z8).
  • Challenge suppliers on quality and processing times.
  • Verify the relevance and effectiveness of proposed actions.

Interface with Internal Departments:

  • Coordinate with Receiving Inspection for the control of stocks impacted by non-conformities.
  • Ensure communication between suppliers and internal teams (Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Methods).

Supplier Intervention Management:

  • Organize and monitor supplier interventions on site.
  • Guarantee the implementation of security and conformity remediation actions.

Supplier Performance Management:

  • Analyze supplier quality scorecards.
  • Disseminate performance indicators to stakeholders.
  • Identify deviations and propose improvement plans.

Quality Data Management:

  • Validate quality views in SAP.
  • Ensure the reliability and consistency of quality data.
  • Participate in the improvement of supplier quality processes.

Reporting and Indicators:

  • Update and analyze quality indicators.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Contribute to supplier performance reviews.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Supplier Quality, Product Quality, Quality Assurance, or Industrialization role.

Experience in a demanding industrial environment (aerospace, automotive, electronics, etc.).

Proficiency in quality tools: QRQC, 8D, FMEA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa.

Good knowledge of quality requirements and industrial processes.

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).

Analytical mindset, rigor, and autonomy.

Proactivity in managing emergency situations and quality escalations.
